Where did the sock subscription come from?

The Sock Subscription service is quite similar to Corinne Bailey Raye.  It's huge in the USA and Europe, but little in known in its home  country, the UK. Socks On wants to make this a thing of the past -  with fantastic socks, free delivery, 100% recycled packaging and great  value for money, we are already well on our way.

 

 

What’s this sock business all about then?

In the age we live in, going to buy your socks from the shop seems a bit 150BC for the Socks On team. Once you subscribe, you don’t ever have to worry about having a fresh pair of identical socks again. And because it is such a treat, it works great as a gift. How do I subscribe?

Click on subscribe now and either customise your own subscription or choose one of our specially made sock packages. Either way, you can choose how often you would like your socks delivered (for free) and for how long; what size you would like your socks to be and if they are a gift or for personal use.

 

 

What happens once I have subscribed?

Your private payment goes securely through to Paypal. They then send us a memo with your billing address, contact details and the address you would like the socks to go to. Once we have this information, we send out your proof of purchase, personal diary of sock delivery dates, Socks On Certificate of Membership and sometimes a special gift from one of our partners (if you’re really good). Then according to your calendar of delivery dates, the socks will go wherever you said you wanted them to go. Simple!

 

 

When will the socks be delivered?

The socks will be delivered according to the dates on our calendar. Please look at our Calendar Page for more information. A calendar will also be sent out with your induction pack when you subscribe to the service.

 

 

How do I give it as a gift?

Specify where you want the socks to go, which is included in the process of payment, and there ye shall go! We will send the Certificate of Membership to the billing address so you can give it however, wherever and to whoever you like. If you want the person to start receiving the socks on a specific date, or you want to miss a date out, then e-mail hello@sockson.co.uk and we will personalise your schedule.

 

 

What if…I don’t need the subscription anymore, I’m moving house, my delivery didn’t arrive this month, or for any other calamity that needs some TLC...?

Well, the best bet is to sock it our customer service manager straight. He will then sort out the best solution possible for you within 48 hours. Just e-mail customercare@sockson.co.uk.

 

 

What are the socks like?

They are made using the latest Italian sock making technology…they are black with green heels and toes to show they are Socks On socks…they are made using long fibre technology…they are delivered in recycled packaging…they come in sizes 6-8,8-10,10-12…they are great.
